The 90-day guarantee
Hair takes time. That's why you have a full 90 days from delivery to see how the serum works for you. If you're not seeing a difference — or simply aren't satisfied — contact us for a full refund of the product price.
You don't need to return the bottles, and you won't be asked to justify yourself.
How to start a refund

- Tell us briefly how long you used it — no forms, no photos required
- We confirm your refund, usually the same business day
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further few days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice.
