Everything you need to know about how and when your Hair Nourishing Serum reaches you.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm (your local time) on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no threshold, no paid upgrades. Once dispatched, estimated delivery windows are:
- Sweden — 3–5 business days
- European Union — 3–5 business days
- United States and other international destinations — 7–14 business days
Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. Use the link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate right away.
International orders, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility — they are separate from shipping, which we cover in full.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within 10 business days of the estimated window, email us at info@allurewellness.co with your order number. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
